A confirmed booking comprises the following terms & conditions:
- Full payment must be received by The Bungalow, Plett no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
- Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will require full payment within 48 hours.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation must be made in writing and the conditions of cancellation are as follows:
- 31 days and more: free cancellation.
- 30 days and less 100% is forfeited.
- No shows: 100% cancellation fees
- No refund will be given for guests who arrive but leave before the completion of their stay.
- 3% of the Total Deposit/Payment should a refund be required as an admin fee.
PEAK SEASON (15 December – 7 January)
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
- Balance payment is required 60 days prior to arrival.
Children of any age are welcome.
All cots are subject to availability.
Smoking is not allowed inside the buildings. There are dedicated smoking areas.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests must be quiet between 00:00 and 06:00.
