Many guests turn the journey into part of the holiday, pausing in Hermanus (whale watching), Knysna (oysters and the Heads), or the Franschhoek wine valley along the way. Alternatively, George Airport, approximately 100 km west of Plett, offers connecting flights from Cape Town and Johannesburg for those who prefer to fly.
What is Plettenberg Bay known for?
Plett is celebrated for its sweeping white-sand beaches, warm Indian Ocean waters, and extraordinary marine life. Many travellers opt to spend two to three nights in each, as the short distance makes both easily achievable on a Garden Route itinerary.

Check-in is between 14:00 and 18:00. Guests arriving after 18:00 are asked to notify the property in advance.
Check-out is at 11:00. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation, with the balance due 60 days before arrival.
